Breaking The Bread







Well, this was easily one of the reasons to come to San Francisco. Tartine Bakery has been the talk of the town long before they opened this massive production site + cafe just 20 minutes out of the heart of San Francisco.

“Bread so good, you won’t be eating anything else.”

I did come to have the bread. It was that good.

The place itself was like a massive bread paradise, where bread was risen in the morning and baked throughout the day. And you can see the entire process on site.

I think one of the reason it’s so much loved is because it is such a genuine brand. It does feel effortless to come in and enjoy the food, which I would believe is a hard thing to implement – although it sounds so simple.
